With 30 years of experience in Hunan cuisine, Master Zhou has served as head chef in several renowned restaurants in Hunan. He insists on using traditional cooking techniques while constantly innovating to perfectly present the essence of Hunan cuisine. His signature dish "Fish Head with Chopped Chili" has won multiple culinary awards.
